Service description

These terms cover transactional customer-care text messages related to a service request you initiate by calling our published phone number. Messages may be sent if we miss your call or if your call occurs outside business hours, so we can continue handling your inquiry (for example, collecting address and service details).

Not marketing

This is not a marketing or promotional subscription program. We do not use this campaign for advertising blasts or purchased lead lists.

Consent

By calling our number to request service, you may receive a follow-up SMS to the calling number if the call is missed or after hours. If you reply, you may receive additional transactional messages needed to complete that request.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation

Service is provided as-is for coordinating service follow-up. We are not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery, or network outages. These messages do not create an emergency-dispatch guarantee.
